ATORNEY AT LAW AND PUBLIC NOTARY
Dr. Bünyamin Taskapan, LL.M. was born in 1982 in Feldkirch. He enrolled at
the University of Innsbruck after graduating from the High School for competitive athletes in Dornbirn.
He obtained his Diploma in Law (Mag. iur.), the J.D. equivalent, in 2006, his Diploma in
Business Law (Mag. iur. rer. oec.), a combined program of the Business School and the Law
School in 2009 and his Ph.D. (Dr. iur.) in 2011. Additionally, he obtained a master's degree
(LL.M.) from the Vanderbilt Law School in the US whereby he focused on Corporate Law and
Trust Law. He is admitted to the Liechtenstein bar and has also passed the
Austrian Bar Exam and is therefore qualified to practice law in Austria as well. Dr.
Taskapan is also a Notary Public in the Principality of Liechtenstein since
2021. Additionally, he is also a member of the board of the Liechtenstein Bar Association.
Dr. Taskapan has previously worked as a stagiaire in the European Parliament in Brussels,
Belgium, as a judical clerk at the Princely Court of Vaduz, Liechtenstein, as a research
assistant at the Vanderbilt Law School in the US, as an associate for one of the top tier
corporate law firms in Liechtenstein and as a private client advisor for high net worth
individuals (HNWIs) and ultra high net worth individuals (UHNWIs) in one of the oldest and
largest trust companies in Liechtenstein.
Dr. Taskapan uses his legal and economical know-how

Mag. Simon Hellekalek Bsc was born in 1987 in Salzburg. He enrolled at the
University of Innsbruck after graduating from the Bundesgymnasium Salzburg-Nonntal. He
obtained his Diploma in Economics (Bsc) with a special focus on international taxation in
2012 and his Diploma in Busines Law (Mag. iur. rer. oec.) in 2013.
Simon Hellekalek has gained professional experience as a judicial clerk at the Higher
Regional Court of Innsbruck, Austria, as a corporate counsel of a world-renowned company and
as an associate for one of the top tier corporate law firms in Innsbruck. Simon Hellekalek is admitted
to the Austrian bar and also a registered European lawyer in Liechtenstein. Due to
his versatile professional experience, he can evaluate legal issues from different angles
and develop comprehensive and individual solutions. Simon Hellekalek speaks German
and English.

Mag. Philipp Mössmer was born in Innsbruck in 1996 and graduated from the Bundesrealgymnasium Sillgasse in Innsbruck.
After completing his community service, he studied law at the University of Innsbruck, where he graduated in 2020 (Mag.iur.).
Philipp Mössmer is admitted to the Liechtenstein bar.
Mag. Mössmer completed his legal clerkship at the Innsbruck Higher Regional Court and the Innsbruck Public Prosecutor's
Office. Mag. Mössmer has consequently gained addiitonal profesional experience as an associate in two law firms in Vaduz
between 2021 and 2023. Philipp Mössmer joined Taskapan Attorneys at Law Ltd. in 2023 and brings a dynamic approach and
fresh, solution-oriented thinking to the team. He speaks German und English.

Mag. Alexander Quendler, LL.M. was born in 1990 in Vienna, graduated from the High School for competitive athletes
in Vienna and spent a year at a boarding school in Canada. He subsequently studied law at the University of Vienna where he
obtained his law degree in 2017 (Mag. iur.). During his studies, he spent a semester at the State University of New York.
After completing his law degree, he also obtained a postgraduate master's degree (LL.M.) specializing in tax law and accounting.
He deepened his professional skills during an administrative internship at the Federal Ministry of Defense and Sport and as
a consultant and senior associate in the tax departments of big-four firms. Mag. Quendler has additionally worked for
several years in the tax law department of Austria's largest law firm. Alexander Quendler is
admitted to the Austrian bar and also a registered European lawyer in Liechtenstein. He speaks German and English.
